Broccoli with Garlic and Cheese

2 Bunches broccoli broken into florets and stalks peeled and diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Parmesan or Romano Cheese

Slightly steam broccoli until just tender, drain

Saute garlic in oil until fragrant but not browned

Toss all ingredients together.  

You can sprinkle additional oil and Cheese on top if you like.
